I recently read the book by Tim Ferriss called the 4 Hour Work week. I didn’t love it, but thought it was a good read. He’s also just about to publish his second book called the 4 Hour Body which I’m looking forward to a lot more.
One of his main chapters in the book is how to excel and achieve those goals that seem unobtainable in your life. He does this through a technique of defining your fears. I haven’t tried it myself but I’m going too.
